Façade Creation and Workplace Bullying: A Mediated Moderation Model

This study examines the buffering role of a psychological contract breach in process leading from façade creation (i.e., suppressing one’s own values and pretending to hold organization values) workplace bullying through leader–member exchange (LMX). predicts that creation, particularly when level is high, produces high LMX, which reduces workplace. In total, 302 employee–employer dyads (265 males, 37 females; average age 46.07 years) large bank Taiwan were surveyed. Surveys conducted at two time points for employees one point their employers who volunteered. The findings this found significant relationships between facades conformity bullying. further LMX mediates relationship demonstrate perceived moderates mediating pathway. Strong increases LMX.
